We are Colter and Lauren Darlington, the 5th generation working on the Darlington Ranch founded in 1916 and the founders of Darlington Ranch Co. farm-to-table beef! 

 

Our mission behind Darlington Ranch Co. is to unite the land, the animal, and the family at mealtime. With respect for the animals, the land they roam, and the family gathered around the table we strive to provide you with high quality pasture-raised beef from our ranch to your table for many years to come!
